Long Creek Plantation Clubhouse- The private clubhouse and facilities are for the exclusive use of Long Creek Plantation Homeowners Association (LCPHOA) members, their family and invited guests. Authorized use of the Long Creek Plantation clubhouse is restricted to LCPHOA members determined to be in good standing.

LCPHOA Clubhouse rental/use and accountability policy mandates that the authorized LCPHOA member(s) reserving and making payment for use of the private clubhouse must be physically present and in attendance at the clubhouse/event. Misrepresentation by any LCPHOA member attempting to secure the unauthorized rental/use by non-association members (outsiders) is absolutely prohibited and will be subject punitive actions.

Please be advised that periodic and unannounced security checks shall be made to monitor and enforce this policy. Failure to comply with any provision of this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises, forfeiture of rental/security deposit and/or indefinite loss of common area usage privileges.

All transactions (Rental & Security Deposit) must be made by the LCP/HOA community resident who will be responsible and held personally accountable for clubhouse use and all damages should they occur. The LCPHOA authorized renter is advised that their reservation and security deposit payment is their implied acknowledgement of full understanding and agreement to abide by LCPHOA clubhouse use rules and renters responsibilities.

Long Creek Nature Trail - Well maintained multi-use nature trail that runs approximately 2.5 miles along the Reedy River and Rocky Creek. The trail is densely wooded with beautiful shade trees, although there are a few wide open grassy areas for family fun and play. Access to the trail is made from any of three cul-de-sac roads in the neighborhood located at Crossvine Way, Twinleaf Way, and Catbriar Ct. The trail connects to other communities and W. Georgia Rd. across from the Greenville Tech Brashier Campus. It is a beautiful natural area where residents enjoy hiking, biking, and jogging with their dogs.

Long Creek Plantation has quickly developed a welcomed reputation for offering a modern community-based lifestyle, beautifully landscaped yards, quiet residential streets, and fabulous outdoor amenities. Long Creek Plantation provides that special mix of southern hospitality for residents of all ages and a wonderful place to call home.

Long Creek Plantation (LCP) is composed of newer well-established homes situated on 359 lots nestled within a thick border of natural woods that provides an atmosphere of peaceful serenity. LCP is accessible through a divided single main entrance/exit just off Rocky Creed Road, which provides greater privacy and deters the typical pass through traffic found in most communities.

Long Creek Plantation (LCP) is virtually encompassed by nearly 55 acres or about 50 percent of the parameter land dedicated as common property for use by the homeowner’s association membership. At the entrance of the community, 10 acres is reserved to accommodate a large well-maintained clubhouse with a party deck, junior Olympic-sized pool/separate kiddie pool, a full sized soccer field, playground, picnic area/grills and more! Particularly unique to LCP is the 40 acres of nature trails and green open spaces that run adjacent to the Reedy River and Rocky Creek for nearly 2.5 miles. Just steps outside your front door, LCP residents are able to enjoy walking, jogging, biking, or family excursions. The Long Creek Plantation Homeowners Association (LCPHOA) is comprised of community residents who are represented by elected board members responsible for the oversight, operation, management, development and continuous improvement of LCP.

Long Creek Plantation is situated in Simpsonville, S.C. 29680 on Rocky Creek Road, which connects W. Georgia Road and Fairview Road. Simpsonville's best shopping and restaurants are located just 4 miles away and downtown Greenville, S.C. is only a short 15 minute drive. Long Creek Plantation is away from the hustle and bustle of the big city but among the fastest growing areas in the “Upstate” and Greater Greenville South Carolina municipality. Greenville County schools assigned to LCP subdivision at the time of this post are Bryson Elementary, Ralph Chandler Middle and Woodmont High school.
